“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

What a great WOD. Dr. Tabata and his intervals definitely strain both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.
Todays WOD as RXd:
8 intervals (20sec wk/10sec rest) of pull-ups. Total reps = 45
8 intervals of (20sec wk/10sec rest) push-ups Total reps = 95
8 intervals (20sec wk/10sec rest) of sit-ups Total reps = 107
8 intervals (20sec wk/10sec rest) of air squats. Total reps = 103
Overall (all 32 intervals) Total Reps = 350
Felt froggy and did a little follow-up mimicking today’s WOD but weighted:
2 sets of 10 body weight bench press
2 sets of 10 reps weighted pull-ups (25lbs)
2 sets elevated ring push-ups max reps 15, 15
2 sets 10 reps weighted chin-ups (15lbs)
3 sets 25 reps weighted military sit-ups (10lbs)
