30 Wallball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball) (10.5 foot target)
30 Squat snatches (Men 75 lbs, Women 45 lbs)(movement initiates with barbell below the knees)

Post time to responses.

There will be an 8am and 10am class offered on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28th.  All other classes will be canceled.  Have a safe and great Memorial Day weekend!

    Complete meltdown on last rd of snatches, was trying to throw in a few cj w pp instead. Also did a few burpees actually. May not be tough enough to do CF unless it’s at 5 or 6 am.

    I liked this work out …but was super hot…should have tried the 35# bar
