    3 Rounds + 6 HSPU’s=175 reps

    WOD#2
    2 Rounds + 4 HSPU’s=129 reps

    WOD#3
    2 Rounds + 10 DU’s=98 reps

    Total reps=402

  2. Front Squat into Split Jerk up to 135#

    WOD 1:
    2 rds + 21 D/U = 109 reps
    WOD 2:
    1 rd + 1 Jerk = 82 reps
    WOD 3:
    1 rd + 29 D/U = 73 reps
    (75# for all wods)

    50 GHD sit ups

    ……terrible day of double unders and per usual I struggled with HSPU 🙁

    Haven’t worked out in almost 3 months.. I fear the condition of my legs in the morning. Excited to be back!

    A hard lesson in bad nutrition.
