  2. Jesse is CrossFit, and an excellent member at CF Jenks that represents as an athlete, friend, teammate, and a strong sharp dressed man. ZZ Top made their song for him!

    Well no excuse but yesterday I must have tried 185lbs 5 times for the Squat Snatch and I never made it. Could catch it but not hold on as my shoulder would give, so it was sore starting out. No excuse, but I thought it may affect the power snatches, but it did not just a little sore. The Thrusters did hurt. I will have to keep working these, slowly and lightly though.

    3RM Power Snatch = 165lbs
    2RM Thruster = 185lbs
    1RM Power Clean = 235lbs

    WOD RXd = 14:29 at 115lbs

    This hurt me real bad. Pure D Smoke for the Prius Engine I have. Seriously Ouch!
