  1. Happy New Year!!!!

Great job 5 am….way to brave that arctic air!!!

WOD as rx’d w/ 105# = 32:25 or 32:35…..too cold to remember!!! Way too much running for me.

  2. WOD w/ modifications:
Did rowing in place of running- stayed with same distance as running
Did pull-ups rather than chest to bar
Used 185# for front squats and power cleans; 70# for KBs
    — completed @ 26:07

  3. WOD 105# & 35# KB
All running/ CTB (thanks Tara for the mixed grip trick! It works)
    37:53
Running felt horrible today… Usually feels good
    HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!!

  4. Happy New Year’s Eve CF Jenks. Great Times on today’s WOD. Hope everyone is looking forward to next year with love, optimism, and a can do attitude. God is good!

Survived DB’s Big Money. It actually cost me a couple of lungs.
    WOD Rxd at 155lbs and 70lb KBS = 29:49
    1st rd = 14:33
    2nd rd and total = 29:49
I did not want to do the second rd as I was hurting and knew I had to make a sub 30. Because of all of you I did it and almost died.
Ready for the New Year and what is in store for all of us.

  5. 37:something w/ 115#/C2B/55#

I knew I screwed up in the running when I turned at the 200m line and everybody was still at the 100m line 😮 Next time on a 40min time cap wod I might take the first 200m a little easier 🙂
