  3. Who wants a heavy deadlift and gymnastic WOD for the Open or how about another heavy deadlift ladder WOD like a couple years back.

    Was hoping to get 405 for 5 – Still have a long way to go. – Man this rep scheme with strength endurance getting us ready for open is rough and tough.

    Hoping to go unbroken, but that round of 10 had to do sets of 5 on deads and knees to bar

  4. Alibi, all CF Jenks Athletes that competed in the KO in the OK Congrats and great job.

    Judy and Nicole kept me posted on your great efforts. Not sure I still know who was on what team nor do I know where some of those names come from and i am probably not old enough yet to know.

    The Crazy names for teams not only from CF Jenks, but other teams make it hard to know what team/who is doing what.

    Maybe next year the Facebook page for this event will have a list of who is in what team.

    Great job again and way to go compete and have fun.
