    3 rds @125 with single-single-doubles

    Well it was supposed to be a rest day as I have gone 5 days straight, but I really need to start working those OLY lifts again. So only did EMOM Oly work.
    A. 165
    B. 195
    C. 215 – missed the Jerk on minute 2 all other reps clean.
    Must confess though it took everything in my power not to do 7min max MUs

    Set 1 – 165#
    Set 2 – 175# for first 3 rounds, last two were 185#
    Set 3 – 195#
    No misses

    WOD w/ 185# and S/DU
    4 rounds + 2 cleans

    225-245-265 completed

    WOD Rx+

    Definitely over did it on the strength and was gased out by the time the WOD came

    Set 3 – 215# – completed 4 of 5 rnds. Missed clean twice in round 3

    WOD. RX +
    3 rounds @ 9:18 and called it good. Form on lifts were getting gross.
