  16. Participated in the WOD. Ran fast, climbed rope, did one HSPU, and lifted a barbell a few times. something like 3:10 for the 800 and 1:18 for the 400. Smoked my lungs.

    Strength: as prescribed based off of 155# 1rm, except for my last one at 153#

  17. Evening WOD: for time
    Push a firebird 0.4 miles, then run back to your car

    Forgot to start timer, but completed.
