    75, 95, 115, 135, 145, 155(failed hang ps)

    WOD:
    4rnds as rxd with 95# and c2b pull ups
    3rnds scales with 95# and pull ups – 8 burpees

    Up to 115#..just realized for some reason i was doing 1 power snatch + 2 hang power snatches..no wonder i couldn’t go any heavier..that 2nd HPS was a limiting factor!

  5. Nice High Plank Hold Strong Sarah!!

    Snatch Cluster = 95-115-135-140-145 – It was ugly but able to get 145. A little surprised about this as I have not gone this heavy in awhile.
    I was short on time and also knew I couldn’t do RX+ weight so I did 20MUs for time before I started.
    20 ring MUs = 3:42

    WOD Scaled to 5 rounds and thank goodness, as bad as shape I am in now, 5 rds about killed me anyway. 10 is not in the toolbox YET!

    WOD:
    Mods – 75#; Did regular PLU’s; during rounds 8-10 I stepped over the bar instead of the prescribed ‘hop’ 🙂

  8. Snatch complex up to 105 lbs. didn’t take last 2 lifts. Was not feeling it today.
