  5. Some days I walk out of the gym thinking, “I killed that WOD!” Some days, I come in with a positive attitude and grind through whatever you throw at me. Today, I came in sore, but positive. I had conquered this long grind in my head. Then the strength portion made me question my existence. Last time we did deadlifts, I felt like I could lift a car. Today, the warmup felt heavy. I modified the DL weight, RX’d the rest…and struggled through. 28:31. I left frustrated and disappointed. Not sure how to fix my du’s. Pathetic! Monday’s a new day…I love that Crossfit can make you feel so amazing, or leave you crawling away with your tail between your legs but still wanting to come back for more! Have a restful weekend and recharge! See ya next week!
