Paul September 30, 2016 at 6:16 am Strength -Deadlift 5@80% = 245 3@85% = 255 2@90% = 275 1@95% = 285 3@85% = 255 WOD with 255 and burpee pull-ups Rd 1 = 10 Rd 2 = 7 Rd 3 = 1 had to drop to 225 after 5 reps (back twinge) I was really wanting that Rx!!
