  2. Even Minute = 15 GHD sit-ups x 5 minutes……these made me nauseous for the rest of the hour 🙁
    Odd Minute = 5 HSPU x 5 minutes

    WOD as Rx’d = 12:50

    HSPU – 3-5 each of the 5 – 1minute rounds

    First time doing SDHP, snatches, and push press in about 4 months and it felt awesome! Terrible but awesome.

    WOD w/5 cal bike for dubs and t2b for wallballs
