What: Royce and Cindi’s Halloween Bash!

When: Saturday, October 29th at 7:30pm

Who: All of you (adults only please)

“Come join us for a fun evening of food, drinks, and the fabulous photo booth courtesy of the Blockers! Please bring an appetizer and a donation for the bartenders. Adult beverages will be provided! Please come in costume and be ready for some fun!!! We will also have a DJ providing us with some fun dance music!”

    7@70% = 135
    6@75% = 145
    5@80% = 155
    3@85% = 165(1 rep) I blew my strength with my WOD.

    It wasn’t a sub 7 but I’ll take it.

    7:13 (I did really well on my DU’s – only catching once on my set of 40’s and 20’s)

    I’m pretty sure Jesse got through Annie twice before I finished. Great job man!

    did not have it today – worked up to 205# and only got it twice (w/ help)…ugh!

    No idea how to do sit-ups fast. Did the 50 unbroken, 40 broken once, 30 and 20 broken twice.

    Bench:

    12 @ 175#
    9 @ 190#
    7 @ 205#
    5 @ 225#
    3 @ 245# (failed 4th rep)

    Current 1rm is 265#, but I’m pretty sure that number is going up.
