    175-195-215-235 (ties post injury PR) – 245f jerk x2 (would have tied pre-injury PR, ties PC PR)

    First time doing that many HSPU’s. Huge weakness for me but getting better!

    155, 165, 175, 185, 195 (failed – pretty severely strain right calf)

    Iced and cheered for Samantha Morgan for the final AMRAP

    we’ll see what it looks like tomorrow but it is super tight right now.

    Worked up to 225 split jerk failed 245 they felt heavy today and still feeling those grace workouts

    2. Up to 135, failed 145, I think PR is 140
    3. 3 rounds + 5 strict press

    Had to substitute the jerks with 15 calorie on Assault Bike every 2 minutes
    21sec/21sec/22sec/25sec/47sec/55sec
    WOD 2 as Rx+=4 Rounds + 2 HSPU’s
