    Event 1 – 1RM Snatch – 125 not a PR 🙁
    Event 2 – 1RM Clean and Jerk – 175 not a PR but I did PR a 195# Clean!!!
    Event 3 – 15min AMRAP
    25 pull-ups
    50 cal row
    100 OHS with 45# barbell
    50 box jumps
    25 pull-ups
    I only made it to 17 box jumps. The OHS killed me!!

    NOTHING WORTH HAVING, COMES EASY!!
