    Bench at 155#(Max rep set) = 7
    Bar Dips = 20# 1RM

    WOD with bar dips and 135# DL. (Should have gone heavier

    24:58 reached muscle failure at the final 2 Dips.

    I know the time cap was 20 min but in the voice of Richard Greer in An Officer and a Gentleman, “I GOT NOWHERE ELSE TO GOOOO!!!”

    Good job 5 am.

    Max I didn’t get the box height wrong this time so I was doing all RX+ standards lol

    Weighted Ring Dips = 35lbs, 53lbs, and 70lbs
    Bench Press
    225lbs = 5 reps
    205lbs = 5 reps
    185lbs = 6 reps
    155lbs = 16 reps
    135lbs = 14 reps

    WOD RX+ = 16:45 ring dips

  4. Strengths: Bench Press & Weighted Dip
    21@135# (had to beat Chad in something)
    1RM Bar Dip w/65#

    *Didn’t start in locked out position for first four sets of dips; No reps. Also did two sets of 20 on barbell pushups.

  5. Bench
    115# – 21 reps

    WOD:
    -Used a green band on the dips
    -Mostly did step-ups in place of box jumps
    DL and BB PU were Rx

  6. Bench —
    135# – 30 reps
    185# – 9 reps

    WOD Rx — time cap through 10 push-ups in last round
    21-22:00ish (finished after cap and clock stopped at 20mins)

  7. Bench 90# 11 times
    Worked on dips

    WOD 19:35

    With knee bb push ups in the 8’s and on
    Questionable bar dips through the entire work out!!
    DL and boxjumps were the easy part on this WOD
