  1. Strength up to 205# and called it good

    Wod as RX’d, but only did the cleans into the 2nd round and called it a day. Back just not feeling up to par today.

    Handstand walk about 6-12′ or so.

  3. 1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean Complex up to 185#. Failed the HSC. I got too deep in the hole and felt like a 2 min fail to the floor. Good job Eric.

    WOD as MRX(135#) because my shoulders SUCK!!
    5 even rounds. Felt like it took 5 min to get the last 12 calorie row. Dang Max!!!
