I completely agree with Max’s statement – Breck mentioned a few times that my V-ups looked good but I’m not sure – my form definitely collapsed once fatigue set in.
Same with anchored military – those got tough quick!!

MOD WOD = 19:20 – just a little too much running for me to complete so threw in some Ski Ergs, A Bikes and Runs, with a whole lot of GHD Sit-Ups and V-Ups. Strong Midline!!
