  1. So cold this morning!

    WOD total time 29:04 – 7 = 22:04……my v-ups were a best attempt at getting my toes to the bamboo stick. 🙁

    26:10 – 7 = 19:10*

    Pretty sure 0/100 V-ups were BB standard even though Breck said some of them looked good. Pretty sure that was just a sympathy statement

  3. WOD Rx (all row except the 1st 200m – ran that one):

    26:01 – 7:00 = 19:01

    I completely agree with Max’s statement – Breck mentioned a few times that my V-ups looked good but I’m not sure – my form definitely collapsed once fatigue set in.

    Same with anchored military – those got tough quick!!

  4. Kevin you Rock! Love your passion, consistency and dawg gone great attitude! Keep it up as it is infectious.

    MOD WOD = 19:20 – just a little too much running for me to complete so threw in some Ski Ergs, A Bikes and Runs, with a whole lot of GHD Sit-Ups and V-Ups. Strong Midline!!
