  1. “F” fifties…that hurt
Step ups, 25# KB, abs in place of K2E, rx’d on rest. 29:20
Awesome job 5am, so glad we could all suffer together this morning!

  2. Modifications:
    20″ step-ups
    25# KBS
military abmat sit ups sub for k2e
    10# wallball
    ski jumps sub for doubles

    time: 31:05

  3. WOD Rx:

    25:17 (old time 26:36)
Accidentally switched the push press and knees to elbow around.
30 jumping C2B then the rest jumping pull-up

  4. Had a few mods today:

20″ box with about 30/50 being jumping and the other being step-ups
KBS w/ a 45# KB (so that makes up for a mod, right, lol)
K2E were simply as high as I could bring my knees – those are tough

the rest were RX -my crawling burpee pace was laughable but all I had in me 🙂

    35:01

    Great job nooners!

  5. WOD rx’d
    28:46(PR)
And to no surprise the wallballs took me FOREVER with some no reps in there as well….LOVE them!
    Great job nooners!

  6. First off Ed and Michelle are a Bad to the Bone CFJ Couple that know how to WOD and have fun yet go hard while doing it. Teammates in training! Oh Yea.

Loving all the PRs today. Congrats Shows great consistency, attention to form, technique and efficiency, but best yet I believe we have increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Keep it up CFJ.
