    WOD w/ 165#, HSPU (1 abmat in rds 1-2, 2 abmats after), bar dips

  9. Did yesterdays WOD w/60 mogul jumps, 50 swings w20# DB, 40 anchored sit ups
    using arms, 250M run instead of row, 20 knee raises, 10 SDPH w/50#, 5 over the
    bar burpees
    Rest 5 minutes and repeat

    31:35 – 5 min rest = 26:35

  10. Strength:
    Cluster @ 135-165-185-185-185, focused on a good split jerk each time
    Handstand walk work, been neglecting it for a while and it showed. Ouch

    Wod w/ 135#, 3 ab mats, strict bar dips. 2 rds + 1 hspu, then gave in to tendinitis flares

    25 evil wheels + 25 good mornings w/ 35#

  11. Strength
    Cluster up to 140

    Wod- modified rx’d weight for lifts, hspu with 2 ab mats, dips on rings with green band, push ups from knees. This was a rough one for me.

    2rds + 9 dips.
