    2 PR which is good but disappointed because I had 3:50 at the rings. I blame the 100 GHD I did earlier this week

    Spent remaining time attempting ring mu
    Definitely a PR (previous only made it to 23 cleans)

    Actually got 50 legit T2B…not pretty, not fast, but not scaled for once!

    Felt good till I got through the cleans stared at the rings longer than I should have but it was great non the less good job everyone

    Core development finished and added some lovely GHD for a good stretch

  7. 14.4 RX’d, third time doing this WOD and it hurts every single time. Got to 15 Cleans
    165 reps. No core, but I did string together 3 Bar MU’s w/ a band!!
