  2. Lauren is rocking the lunge. Way to develop those legs!
    Congrats to all that were able to get pistols. For all the rest that want them, keep working them and the progressions.

    Listened to the body today and did some recovery efforts.
    EMOMS
    1st min = 10 Bar Facing Burpees
    2nd min = 10cal Row
    3rd min = 10cal Ski Erg
    4th min = 10cal Assault Bike
    5th min = 200m Run
    Rest 3min and repeat 2 more time for a total of 3 rounds.
    Not a bad little recovery reaction from this.

    Team time: 3:38
    Connor had the fastest pace of all competitors: 1:37
    My pace for 1000m: 1:55!
    Not bad for 2 crossfitters!!
    Further evidence that Connor is a beast!!
