Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts
55 wall-ball shots
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups

Men deadlift 225 lb. and throw 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
Women deadlift 155 lb. and throw 14-lb. ball to 9-ft. target

Post rounds and reps to responses.

CrossFit Open WOD 17.4 Details:

Friday: The Open WOD will be the Workout of the Day & that evening we will host the CFJ Open Showdown from 4:30-6:30. This event will be run in heats and will foster a fun, encouraging and competitive atmosphere! Feel free to bring your friends and family to cheer on all our Athletes!

Saturday: 8am & 9am- Regular CFJ classes; 10am-12pm- Open WOD

Sunday: 11am-1pm- Open WOD

  1. 17.4 Rx’d: 167 reps.
    7 fewer than in February, but I had 2 extra minutes in February, so I’m calling it a win, brethren and sistren.

    Tie break time – 9:05
    167 reps (PR by 2 reps (these 2 reps were HSPU) ** first time to do HSPU (kipping), still want to be able to do a strict HSPU.

    186 reps..had at least 3-4 no reps at the end. Worse than last year
    That didn’t go as planned…not sure if it was the heat that took me down or what but I was about to pass out on the row and had several no reps at the end. Tie break was slower as well…felt way off today
