  2. today was tough – felt a little fatigued from the weekend’s shenanigans 🙂

    1 @ 205 (would have been a 5# PR) – failed twice

    WOD – 135# HC & Regular PLU’s

    4rds + 11 PLU’s

    Failed 275# twice, couldn’t stand all the way up with it.
    Failed 275# power clean once

    Wod w/ pull-ups
    35/20 on dubs
    8/7 on pull-ups
    Unbroken on HPC

    5 rds + 30 reps

    PC 170 tie PR
    SC 170 failed to stand it up

    WOD as rxd: 5 round even.
    Dubs showing improvement. Yes. It’s about time.

    up to 155#, failed 165# twice

    Started with power clean then went into squat
    225 power
    245 power
    255 power
    275 squat clean
    305 failed first rep fingers slipped off
    305 squat clean made
    315 squat clean (10lb PR and such a happy moment to hit this goal)

    15 min amrap ( rope broke right at the start so started two minutes in )
    6 rounds 55 DU
