    Only mod was banded ring dips (everything else Rx)

    finished last – wanted to make sure everybody else was doing it right! lol! 30:31

  2. WOD W/45# barbell, 25# KB, parallell bar dips, knee raises, jumping pull ups,
    air squats for OH squats and did not do back squats

    30:36 the never ending work out!
