  1. WOD #1: as rx’d = 3 rounds
    WOD #2: complex as rx’d = 155#
    WOD #3: as rx’d except did hand release push-ups = finished @ 26:55 (14:55)

    Wod as rxd
    1) 2 rounds + 2 snatches
    2) 95# complex
    3) can’t remember? 21:13 or 23:13? Everything unbroken
    Hot and sweaty! Missed my cfj fam, good to see everyone!

    1. 2 rds and 1 snatch (45#, 10# ball to 9ft target, jumping pull ups)
    2. Only did 3 complexes, 15, 20, 25#
    3. 14:30 (95# DL, 400M runs, push ups from knees…had to do from knees to
    beat the time cap)
