    WOD w/20# DB strict press for HSPU, 45# S2O, mogul jumps, jumping pull ups
    (1st rd fixed plates where feet flat for pull ups, then switched to jumping pull ups
    for 2nd and 3rd)

    16:24 – 6 min rest – 10:24 (first rd slow due to pull ups)
