    *Have to put an asterisk because on a lot of my rounds I jumped straight out of the last push up into the bottom of a squat and counted it as I stood up for first rep. Squat rep should start at a full stand before squatting.

    PR by 5. Push ups were an absolute disaster. Nicole was congratulating everyone in class except me, I’m assuming the push ups are why.
