  1. WOD rx’d + w/power cleans and ring MUs

    All MUs unbroken..Should have just squat cleaned so i didn’t have to do double the amount of work on power cleans

  2. WOD w/55#,60#,65# squat cleans and jumping pull ups

    1 minute plank hold
    1 minute hollow hold but had to drop for a second 3 times!
    50 anchored sit ups using hands
