AM: Surprising difficult “boot camp” with co-workers…EMOM of max reps of pushups, plank holds, squats, lunges, etc. etc….didn’t track reps but did feel it. 10 exercises, 3 rounds.

Hotel gym had KBs, pull up bar, and rower…I was impressed.
