    just when I thought I had gotten better at wall balls….that 10′ destroyed my soul today taking WAY too long to finish….

  2. WOD with 85# barbell, 14# WB to 9’, row, step-ups
    49:29-3:00=46:29

    When I hit the air squats in the second round I realized how dizzy I was. Spent the remainder of the time convincing myself not to quit, pass out, or die. Also was tempted to take off my shirt for the first time but Breck must have noticed my anguish and turned a fan in my direction to prevent any such nonsense.

    31:50 – 3:00 = 28:50

    First round: 11:50
    Second round: 17:00

    Wod starts on that 2nd round of DT, man this wod with the heat whooped me bad

  4. WOD MRx (kind of – 125# first round of DT, 95# second round – 20″ step-ups)

    Called it a day at 45min cap.

    Got through it all except 23 WBS – had to get back to work, and not die so I hit the showers.

    Great job noon class – some real studs in today’s class!
