“Filthy Fifties”
For Time:
-50 Box jump, 24″ (guys and girls)
-50 Jumping pull-ups (wrist folds at bar)
-50 Kettlebell swings, 35# (guys and girls)
-Walking Lunge, 50 steps
-50 Knees to elbows (knees actually touch elbows)
-50 Push press, 45/35lbs
-50 Back/Hip extensions
-50 Wall ball shots, 20/14lbs 10′
-50 Burpees (jump at least 1in and clap hands over or behind head with a vertical torso)
-50 Double unders

  1. Yup that still hurt..
    WOD RX’d w/ sit-ups instead of K2E (threw in 10 V-ups). 9’ WB target, behind the head burpees.
    30:13. (29:30 last yr, w/ 25# KB & sit ups).

    18” box step ups
    25# KB
    25 K2E, 25 butterfly abmat sit ups
    50 good mornings 35# bar for hip ext
    8# WB, 9’ target
    25 burpees
    100 single indeed
    Time = 29:49

  3. Can hardly bend over this morning. Did movements based on ability:
    50 Step Ups w/24″ – 2:31
    50 Bar MUs – 16:09
    50 Cal Bike – 8:24
    50 Klokov Presses w/45# – 4:16
    50 Unanchored Situps ~2-3 minutes

  4. WOD w/ modifications
    50 step-ups with right leg only – I think it may have been 20″ (the short side of big boxes)?
    50 jumping pull-ups
    50 kb swings with 35#
    25 cal row
    50 knees almost to elbows:)
    50 barbell push press
    50 barbell good mornings
    25 Dball cleans over the shoulder 30#
    50 burpees
    10 cal assault bike

  5. 25 ea of the 10 instead of 50

    20″ box steps, 35# bar for good mornings and push press, 10# ball to 9 ft target,
    25 doubles and 25 singles, 25# KB and knee raises

    I had planned on starting over with 10 ea put just TOO HOT!!!

  6. Thruster: 2 @ 155

    WOD. RX + & C2B
    9s (75#): 1:29 – rest until 3:39
    7s (95#) : finished at 4:55 = 1:16
    9s (105#) : finished at 8:00 = 1:05
    9s (105#) : 1:05 (again?! Lol)
    7s : 1:24
    5s : 2:03 – Y C2B so hard 🙁
