    Had to kip the crap out of those Parallette HSPUs; Last set took at least 6 minutes.

    Shoulder smoker! Those parallette HSPU’s and legless RC’s were real tough at the end!

  4. A lot of mods on this one.
    -Did the 10′ rope climbs (1-2-1);
    -Biked the 200’s, Ran the 400’s, and Rowed the 600m
    -HSPU w/ 3 abmats
    -3 Wall Walks on the last part
    -75# barbell movements

  5. WOD with all assault bike, wall walks, 2 rope pulls from ground for each rope climb, 75# for first round SDHP & S2O before I realized that was the plus load so took it down to 65# for the next set.
