    Hspu w/2 abmat 1st rd, 55# press 2nd, 35# bar after that; Reg push ups; Banded bar dips
    3 rds + 8 strict press

    Bench 4 x 10 @ 55#

  4. Started with 75#, then switched to 55# after 4 reps:), parallelette dips, regular push-ups, stepped over bar for burpees
    3 rounds + 6 push-ups

    Close grip bench
    4 x 10 @65#
