    pull ups and Knee raises for T2B, mogel jumps for DU’s= so pretty much a totally
    different work out! And only did 35 mogels both rds

    1 – 11 Deadlifts

    3- 0 Knee Raises
    4 – 10 Wall balls
    5 – 4 jumping pull ups
    6 – 9 KB swings
    7= 13 burpee jumping pull ups

    Was too slow on the runs! So nice to meet you Deidre! Great job tonight!
