-20 Alternating S2O (athlete 1 does 1 rep, then athlete 2 does next rep for 20 (10 each)
-200m Run and Row (1 athlete Runs and 1 athlete Rows)
-10 Alternating Burpee T2B (5 each)
-15 Synchronized KBS
-20 Partner Passing WallBall Sit-Ups (use one WallBall 20/14/10lbs, anchored but dumbbell anchor points are 2 wallballs apart, ball must touch floor behind head; 10 each)
-200m Run and Row (1 athlete Runs and 1 athlete Rows, opposite of last)
Barbell and KB Loads = 95/65 RX+ 125/85 MRX 75/55 KB = 24/16kgs RX+ 32/24 20/12
