    WOD w/ these modifications:
    100 lateral barbell skier jumps for DU’s
    Did rows for all
    Used 135#; Did S2O rather than HSPU
    Did strict bar dips
    Finished @ 27:20

  4. WOD with only 30 doubles and 30 singles, 15# DB seated press for HSPU, push ups from knees, 55# DL, parallel dips, anchored sit ups

    only got to 20 DL on the second set at time cap
