    Up to 155#
    Started blacking out on 175# and nearly missed the rack, so I did 4 sets of 3 Strict Parallette HSPUs during remaining time

  5. Not a good strict press day…shoulder is hurting in the back! 85lb and stopped …15 below my pr. But Shan hit a new PR, so that was fun!
