    Deadlifts felt real heavy today ha! Slowed me way down once getting to that 185#!

    WOD *MRx (*realized I goofed in the last few minutes of workout and inadvertently skipped the second round (15 Deads; 11 HRPU; 9 MRX Bar Dips; MRX 150′ Bear Craw)
    – completed the 3 rounds w/ 9:41 remaining on clock; max calories rowing for remaining time was 143.
