  3. 30 reps Rx – 150ft of lunges

    It felt a little demoralizing…so running through my head is Breck’s quote, “fitter than most of the people at Wal-mart”

    If I had time to repeat, I would use a weight belt for a little extra stability.

    1. Re-did scaled version at noon
      35# front rack lunges, push-ups, bear crawl
      Finished 17 push-ups at time cap.
      Completed all other reps after cap.
