  9. Squat Clans Up to 165# 6 ring muscle ups during the strength. Did not attempt the round of 6 muscle ups.

    WOD Rx (totally screwed it up, after 3,3,3, went back to 1,1,1 and kept doing that. Got 4 rounds that way, lmao. Did ring muscle ups up to 3.

    Based on corrected numbers of reps:

    6 + 9 reps
