  1. Stayed and did a partner WOD with introduction group

    Stayed after and helped introduction class.

    7 min AMRAP
    7 thrusters at 75#
    7 burpees

    He would do 7 thrusters , tag, then I would do 7 thrusters, etc

    3 rounds and shy 4 burpees before going to round 4.

  2. 40 unbroken WB 14#. Could have kept going…mind gave up.
