    1. 100 singles/9 burpee plu/21 thruster = 5:22
    2. 400m row/15 thruster/15 plu = 6:10
    3. 400m row/21 plu/9 thruster= 5:53

  2. Modified a few movements, rest rx (rowed both, lateral BB skier jumps instead of DUs, burpee C2B instead of MUs)

    1st – 2:33 100 DU 9 BMU 21 thruster @115
    2nd – 2:34 400m row 15 thruster @135 15 c2b
    3rd – 3:14 400m run 21 pull ups 9 thruster @155
    4 min rest time
    Total time 12:21 everything unbroken

  7. Went in order, used 45# first rd and 35# for second and third, jumping pull-ups,
    SDHP w/45# for C2B, for 100 dubs did 50 skier jumps and 50 jump and dbl clap,burpees
    to jumping pull ups
    First WOD rowed, 2nd ran

    24:31 – 4 min. – 20:31

    1. 5:10 – failed 1 BMU (3-1-2-3 linking now!)

    All thrusters unbroken; last years time 19:03 (15:03)
