Continue pattern until 1 rep and finish with 200 Meter run

  1. Death by jumping squats: through 15 in the 19th minute
    straight into
    Death by hand release pushups: through 10 in the 16th minute
    If I had a pullup bar, I think I would have preferred today’s WOD

    Did first 3 rounds at sets of 10 then realized I was suppose to drop a rep each set! Haha

    Used 105# BB bent over rows in place of pull-ups.

    Finished with Ski Erg workout:
    3 x 1500m / 3 min easy
    Ski three 1500 meter pieces. Ski for three minutes at light pressure between each 1500.
