    Squat clean/split jerk (never liked split but now trying to make it happen)

    Right now 175 is my max before my form seriously breaks down. It’s also probably the most I’ve split jerk before, I just always felt more proficient at push jerk.

  9. Strength up to 185. Failed at 195.
    WOD at 115. Finished somewhere in the 14 min range. Smacked my chin with the bar in final round… did not immediately look up at clock when finished.
