    Used mrx weight for lunges. Rotated between GHD and sit-ups, completed 60 single unders instead of dubs.
    6 rounds + a few single unders.

    (*note to self: stay light on lunges in the future, did not experience usual inflammation in the knees, 5 hours post WOD – feel great with zero swelling in either knee).
