    2nd min: 10 BJ’s (big tire – 24”)
    3rd min: sled pull (down & back – no weight)

    **rds 7&8 had to reduce reps to 3, 7, and just down or back – was smoked

    WOD: 225# & 24” tire jumps
    9rds + 5 jumps
