  1. Ran 4 miles – cut short due to downpour so mini workout before class
    ski erg cals – ghds – kb ab curcuit – handstand walk x20min

    Back squat
    20 reps @ 145# (70% 1RM) – felt great, def could go heavier but hesitant with my long run in the morning
