Mostly Rx’d – chest to bar, hand release push-up, went lighter on weight (115#) to try and focus on cycling, but spent way to much time on my toes. Singles were solid, cycling was ugly.

Good job!! Cycling definitely wasn’t happening for me either. But keep it up, that’s great effort!!
